La règle
Une question en anglais peut demander une information précise ou une réponse par yes/no. Pour une information, commence par un mot interrogatif comme who, what, where, when ou how many; une question fermée commence souvent par do, does ou is.
Exemple
Réponse : He lives in Ottawa. Étape 1 : je cherche un lieu, alors je choisis where. Étape 2 : avec he, j'emploie does. Étape 3 : après does, j'écris live. Question complète : Where does he live?
Attention
Après does, n'ajoute pas la terminaison -s au verbe principal : écris « Does she play? », et non « Does she plays? ».
